Understanding Esports odds
ksr77's Esports section uses Decimal Odds. For example — in a match between Team A and Team B, if Team A's odds are 1.80, a 10,000 Ks bet returns 18,000 Ks if Team A wins (profit of 8,000 Ks).
Handicap Odds means one team is given a map head start to even out the competition. For example, if Team A is given a -1.5 Map Handicap, Team A must win 2-0 or better for the Handicap Bet to win.
Tournament Outright Odds can get better the longer a tournament runs. In major world events like Dota 2 The International, Outright Odds are settled over many days, which means the odds can be higher.
